As part of the
National Day Of Action Against Bullying, students at Yarrilee were provided
with many opportunities to learn the importance of accepting and including
everyone and to stamp out bullying through our guest presenters from M.A.C.E as
well as the founder of the online reporting of bullying program STYMIE - Rachel
Students participated in a whole school activity where they cut out a
tracing of their hand and wrote messages about being kind to everyone and not
accepting bullying and violence.
Students then inserted these cardboard hands
into a big giant hand at the front of the school.
